Collins CSW21 adds KO (to knock out, from boxing) and KY (an archaic or dialectal word for cows), giving players in international rulesets more options.
Two-letter K words are particularly useful for parallel plays – placing a K word alongside an existing word so that both the K word and the crossing tiles score. At 5 points per K tile, a well-positioned two-letter K word on a double-word square scores at least 12 points before counting any parallel scoring.
